Molding polyurethane

Molding polyurethane 40(80) is a cold-cure two-component polyurethane system. Due to its both low viscosity and shrinkage loss, Molding polyurethane 40(80) is easily casted and reproduces fine details of the surface authentically. The short term of full cure allows taking the form from master-model within less than two hours. Finished models are notable for their durability and elasticity as well as have significant resistance to abrasion. Molding polyurethane 40(80) does not produce oil. 

ApplicationMolding polyurethane 40(80) is designed for creating flexible molds for making sculpture and architecture products from abrasive materials such as concrete, gypsum plaster and others, from epoxy resin and wax. Molding polyurethane 40(80) is also used for manufacturing rubber mechanical parts of different configuration as well as in production of hubs for ball mills and bumper pads.
